I am happy to say that my overall experience with Mr Strong was very good. I had two cataract operations, some months apart, at the Nuffield in Newcastle. From the initial booking through to the actual operations was only a short period. All was well managed throughout. The theater staff were very kind and considerate and put me at my ease. Mr Strong explained what he was intending to do and carried out the operations swiftly and efficiently. I have no hesitation what so ever in recommending him and his staff for a cataract operation.

I would like to thank you for your care attention and expertise during my procedures. I had heard several views from people, I was a little apprehensive but that disappeared as soon as I met you. During my working career I worked with very many people usually using hand tools and mechanical equipment trained and mentored many. Skill developed so that by watching how people moved handle tool etc I knew who could and who could not. In seconds I knew you were in ‘top drawer’ section. Other than pain in the wallet (but money well spent) no problem now with the spectacles I have my life back.

Would appreciate if you would thank all at the Nuffield from entering reception to leaving everyone was so caring and helpful and all with big smiles.
